This page provides information and rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). Starpower Group, LLC d/b/a Alek Carrera Group (“we,” “us,” “our”) does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law. The fact that you are browsing our website, interacting with listings, or communicating with us does not mean that we sell or share your personal information. CHILDREN’S DATA We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16 years of age. NON-DISCRIMINATION You will not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We will not deny services, charge different prices, reduce service quality, or provide different terms because you exercised your rights. PURPOSES FOR COLLECTION We collect personal information to provide and improve services, respond to inquiries, facilitate real estate transactions, conduct marketing (with consent where required), and comply with legal obligations.
